Luffa when left to dry on the vine or harvested and processed can be used as AMAZINGLY tough scrubbing pads. The fruit can even be eaten when young and tender!
We've found the best success when starting these plants indoors 8-10 weeks before the last frost in your area. Be sure to up pot as the plant grows! One plant will produce a LARGE amount of fruit.
