Lets get to the links you’ll need if you want to use this syrup like I do!

I am obsessed. Now let me tell you right away, this recipe is so freaking highly for myself. To the point that this is actually a double recipe amount. When I want horchata, I want horchata!!!! I get into obsessive moods for this stuff. So when I found out we can make a syrup and I could be having it in my protein coffee instead…. Yea that was a no brainer.

So what I do is mix up my Gainful protein shake and add either the cinnamon or vanilla flavor. Once that is mixed nicely, I add in my Bones Coffee French Vanilla coffee. Then I finish it off and add this horchata syrup. That is it. Then I have horchata coffee and it taste the same as typical horchata.

Let me add that for Gainful, I use the whey protein powder. I like the taste of this one. It is not chalky or off putting. Taste is a big struggle for me with Cyclical Vomiting. I struggle to find delicious tasting protein powders but so far I haven’t found any flavors I don’t like! Now the struggle is pairing with my Bones Coffee. But I wouldn’t say its such a struggle. Its more of a fun way to figure out what combos work best!!
