Crab Ragoon Cucumber Salad

Crab Ragoon Cucumber Salad

Amanda Shenk

OG recipe:

1 Cucumber

Big scoop of whipped cream cheese

2 green onions

Few dashes of Worcestershire Sauce

1 tablespoon of sugar

A few lumps of imitation crab meat.

How we made it:

2 cucumbers

Half the container of whipped cream cheese

Onion powder to taste

Few dashes of soy sauce

1 tablespoon sugar (honestly this could be omitted)

1/2 pack of imitation crab meat.

  1. Slice the cucumber into a mason jar.
  2. Add in the chopped green onion and crab meat
  3. Add in the whipped cream cheese, onion powder if you didn’t use green onion, sugar and Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce.
  4. Close jar and shake to mix.
  5. Enjoy!!!

Ok so I thought my kids would eat this up like crazy.  For some reason they didn’t but my husband and I ate it up like crazy. The thought I had behind this was the ability to enjoy this during the summer. I like the thought of having cold meals available so we don’t have to turn on the oven. It’s not a must but it obviously is a perk to not have to cook. I love being able to just toss everything together.

Well since they didn’t seem to like it, I think we will just lower the quantity and Jeremy and I will just eat it as a side dish when we are hungry for it. Thats not a bad option either. This will honestly most likely be a recipe I use for trips too. Ones where I need an easy meal to mix and go. So another good snack to have on hand.
